Our administrative personnel has functioned for years in such distinguished and special organs as Specialist Forces Command, Commandoes, Guarding Battalions, and SAS and SAT commandoes of Turkish Armed Forces. They have been trained in various security related courses abroad and took part in mutual activities with the personnel of Foreign Armed Forces. They are the professionals having executed certain security and administration duties in the NATO and the other allied headquarters.
Our electronic personnel are the professionals consisting of electronic engineer and technicians. There are electric-electronic technicians in every district office.
Our personnel are determined with a great particularity. Thoroughly researches are held about them as well as checking their “records of previous convictions, in the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.” Orientation training is held for security personnel candidates preferably determined among those who served their military service as commandoes and those who are successful are appointed to their duties. Entire of the personnel are trained in accordance with the bases of Law and Application Regulation related to Private Security Services Numbered 5188 and obtained their certificates and identity cards.
Our inspections, supervisions and controls continue on 24 hours base, day and night, and planned or unplanned audits and refreshment trainings are held when required.
THE DEPARTMENT OF PHYSICAL SECURITY
The experienced administrative personnel, with understanding of eminent service, ensures the safety of lives and assets of the companies, factories, facilities and working sites of OYAK with the personnel, trained in accordance with the bases of the Law and Application Regulation related to Private Security Services Numbered 5188 and obtained their certificates and identity cards.
THE DEPARTMENT OF SECURITY TRAINING
Our department, organised in accordance with the Law Arbitraments related to Private Security Services Numbered 5188, holds trainings for private security officers and for the administration candidates in private training organs established in the centres in which are our district offices are organized.
In Ankara private training body, weapon and shooting trainings are held in 25 m enclosed shooting range.
THE DEPARTMENT OF ALARM AND MONITORING
The department, in the frame of the Law and Application Regulation related to Private Security Services Numbered 5188, can monitor all the business centres, which it serves, 24 hours with its “Monitoring Centre.”
OYAK Savunma ve Güvenlik Sistemleri (OYAK Defence and Security Systems) functions in such areas as;
- Observing the alarm systems 24 hours in a electronic media,
- Digital image transfer (live monitoring the facility from the centre),
- GPS–GSM car pursuit
through Haber Alma Merkezi (Monitoring Centre) connected to the Emniyet Haber Alma Merkezi (Security Department Monitoring Centre) through a private line.

The department executes selling, marketing, projecting and turnkey services of Elektronik Güvenlik Sistemleri (Electronic Security Systems) in the organisation of OYAK Savunma ve Güvenlik Sistemleri A.
